Project Manager
40 hours/week
The role:
As a project manager, you are responsible for the entire project. Under your leadership and in consultation with the client, the construction team is formed. This team consists of various disciplines such as contractors, interior builders, electricians, installers, painters, cleaners, etc. Together with this team, you ensure that the project is delivered on time and with the agreed-upon quality. You have multiple projects under your responsibility that often run asynchronously. You are partly "on the road," and at the office, the phone rings all day with different questions about the various projects. You regularly visit the projects before and during construction, which means you will be traveling frequently in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
In this role, you have a lot of autonomy, and it is expected that you take responsibility for your projects. You have relevant experience in a similar position and affinity with the retail sector.
Requirements:
- Higher professional education (HBO) with technical insight, especially in construction and installation engineering;
- Demonstrable experience as a project manager (retail experience is a plus);
- Relationship builder/manager;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluency in Dutch and English, preferably also German and French or willingness to learn;
- Residing centrally in the Netherlands.
